Experiments
Below are a bunch of ideas and experiments I'm currently exploring.
ChatTCS
A GPT that creates user research scripts. This idea came from helping EF founders get started with customer and user research. None of them were using a script and were missing out on insights. This GPT helps them create a script quickly.
The longer term idea I’m toying with for ChatTCS is to keep adding new templates and content as I help companies with user research and product development.
Empty Chair
What if you could constantly chat to your target customers?
I've been experimenting with creating synthetic customers for clients I've been working with. By uploading insights and data about their customer or target audience, they can then ask any questions to the target customer at any point.
The name comes from the Amazon concept of leaving a empty chair in every meeting to represent the customer.
I’m not sure if this will go beyond being an experiment with a few clients, but it’s definitely an interesting area to explore.
A new way to 'do' work experience
When I was 15, I did work experience at a 5-star hotel. I hated every minute of it, but it was a turning point for me. I realised that if I didn’t find something I genuinely enjoyed, I’d end up miserable.
Now, as a parent to a one-year-old, I want to give them the chance to explore as many different experiences as possible, especially with how AI is going to change the future of work.
But how do you properly explore different jobs, careers, or passions to find what you love? How do you discover what makes you excited to get up in the morning? And how can we make that exploration better than a single week of work experience?
These are questions I’ve been thinking about for a while, but I’m not sure where the answers will lead. If you’re working on something similar, I’d love to chat.
